Spineless Authors' Night no. 9 took place on the 11th March 2020 and featured the following wonderful readers...

Susan Wilson
Susan Wilson began writing poetry after her mum died in 2017. Her poetry has been published in “Good Grief” and “Making Ourselves Up: The Regenerate Reader” and will be appearing (with some of her artwork) on the Lucy Writers website in the near future. 
Paul Angliss
Paul is a comedy writer. His best moments have been winning a national comedy short film competition and working with the director of The Day Today. He is otherwise known as the Bard of Stratford (near Clapton) and the fifth member of a Beatles tribute act. His website can be found here.
Ludovica Penelope Bulciolu
Ludovica is a French-Italian London based curator, currently doing an MA at the Royal College of Art, freelance writing and curating between London and Paris. She has been writing poetry since very young but has only started to share recently.
Carolina Hades
Carolina, aka Blogger On Pole, is a blogger, pole dance instructor/performer, activist and self-published writer looking for an agent. She’s a UN #generationequality ambassador, the winner of Activist of the Year 2019 at the Sexual Freedom Awards and can be found at bloggeronpole.com. Her first novel, Bad/Tender, is available on Amazon.
Purple Ear
Purple Ear is comprised of Dominic Walker on vocals and Caleb Watson on tape manipulation duties. This is their third live appearance.
Caleb is a carpenter, musician and sound artist. He is the frontman for post-punk band Blue Tongue Rabbit.
Dominic is a writer and tutor. He writes screenplays, short fiction and essays on cinema. 
Jack Andrew Lenton
Jack is a London-based musician and poet.
David Atkinson
David is a Scottish writer, performer and self-confessed hopeless romantic. He is currently working on a show that blends poetry and comedy. He also writes a tinyletter site that can be found here. This is his third Spineless performance.
Jen Calleja performing with Maria Tedenmalm
Maria is a Swedish animator, illustrator and video maker based in Glasgow. Her work can be seen here.
Jen is a British writer and literary translatorShe is the author of 'I’m Afraid That’s All We’ve Got Time For' and the poetry collections 'Serious Justice' and 'Hamburger in the Archive'. Her translation of Marion Poschmann's 'The Pine Islands' was shortlisted for the Man Booker International Prize 2019. She is active in a variety of music projects including the bands Sauna Youth, Feature, Monotony and Gold Foil.
